Lexmark 5400 Series comments

I have a Lexmark 5495 as a birthday present in 2009. Once I downloaded it I was happy but it downloaded as 5400 and there several applications I cannot use. As well as when I first turn it on, it shows "Alignment" and it happens every time I turn it on even though I have printed a test page so many times and it still says that.

Anything I could do to fix that?
